Tony Cavataio is a commercial real estate and development professional specializing in investment properties, land acquisition, and commercial asset strategy. With a foundation in commercial masonry construction and development, he brings a builder’s discipline and an investor’s perspective to every transaction.

As former President of Cavano Incorporated, a commercial masonry and development company, Tony completed more than 30 commercial projects across 17 states. His hands-on construction background allows him to evaluate properties beyond surface-level metrics — analyzing structural integrity, development viability, cost controls, and long-term asset performance.

Tony works closely with investors and developers to structure and negotiate transactions that protect capital and enhance asset value. His expertise includes:
